Beautifully decorated, the villa features two living room areas with slate & wood floors, comfy leather sofa seating & lounge chairs, and hi-def flat screen televisions.  One area is great for a bit of reading or relaxing; the other great for gathering together for cocktails and a movie!  

The kitchen, for those who enjoy cooking on vacation, is a chef's delight, complete with full size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a generous supply of pots, pans & cooking tools. For indoor eating, there's a casual breakfast nook with seating for four and a more formal dining room with seating for eight.

Step through the glass doors to the specular pool area and you'll find a very large private pool deck that is so large you have a choice of sun and shade all day long!  No fighting over loungers at this villa! There are plenty to go around.  If you enjoy casual dining, there's two outdoor dining tables, eight dining chairs, and a full sized stainless steel barbeque grill.  

The master bedroom has a full sized ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, double sink vanity and a walk-in shower.  The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king sized bed and a flat screen television.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with Queen beds, and a third bedroom with Twin beds, all with their own televisions.

This is a great villa for the golf enthusiasts as it is located in the prestigous gated golfing community, Southern Dunes, a community featured in many golfing magazines and is consistently ranked among the Nation's best.  

It is also an ideal location for day trips as it is located near the junction of I4 and Highway 27.  I4 is the road that takes you west to the Tampa area beaches, and east to the shopping outlets, to Universal and Seaworld as well as to Daytona.  Exit I4 at Beuna Vista Lakes and you are at the entrance to Downtown Disney (approx. 15 miles).  Highway 27 south takes you to the new LEGOland Park and citrus country!

Just outside the Southern Dunes community you'll find shops and restaurants including a grocery store and a Walmart center.
