Property Description
This very attractive villa is perfect for a couple looking to settle in for a couple of months in the sunny South. Likewise, it works great for a family coming together to share a few days or a few weeks. The kitchen is generously set up with good quality dishware, pottery, and glassware. With a large breakfast bar, dining table and outdoor table, there is ample room for entertaining. The screened lanai deck and pool face South with a nice open grassy area to the rear of the property. An added bonus, the villa is also Pet Friendly. They too can enjoy a little bit of outdoor sunshine but you'll be happy knowing they are in a safe contained area inside the screened-in lanai.
Inside the villa, the lofty ceilings allow the sunlight to further brighten this cheery house while you enjoy relax on the comfortable leather sofas. Maybe watch your favorite show, read a good novel or just admire the sparkling water through the glass patio doors. The pool can be conveniently accessed directly from the Master bathroom for that early morning dip. The second bedroom features a queen bed and there two rooms with twin beds round out the sleeping accomodation.
Hillcrest is located one block off Hwy. 27 so it is in a really great location for whatever plans you might have. The main East/West Highway of I4 is just South, so a day trip to the beach is an easy matter, be it either coast. Then of course, Disney World, is only about 7 miles away, about 15 minutes. Other destinations might be NASA at the Cape or Busch Gardens in Tampa. If you're a LEGO fan, the new Park is opening in 2011, just a few miles South in the old Cypress Gardens Park. So, whichever way you turn, with this location, you are heading towards something good!
This villa will serve well as a place to come home to after a hectic day at the Parks or to spend a day at when you need to catch you breath and soak up some sun!
