The beaches, both on the East and West coast are very easy to reach via I4 which is just a couple of miles South. The new LEGO Florida Park, scheduled to open in 2011, is also just South on the grounds of the old Cypress Gardens Park. And for baseball lovers, this villa is a convenient home base to many of the spring training facilities!
