This is a very pretty villa in a great location. Backing onto the golf course in the Esprit community, this 4 bedroom villa has a great deal to offer both inside and out. With a generously sized private screened-in pool deck, you can catch a few rays as you watch the golfers enjoy their game, maybe read a book or two, or just laze the day away.
Property Description
This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in an ideal location to visit the theme parks, shopping and restaurants. Also, the villa is near to the Interstate I4, so planning a trip to either of the coastal beaches to the East (Daytona) and to the West (Tampa) is very manageable.
The villa has two sitting/lounge areas, a games room with pool table and darts, and a kitchen with all the small appliances you would find in your own home. There is a very comfortable sofa, loveseat and chair set up for watching TV in the evening, or if you would rather be outside watching the stars with a night cap, there is seating in the lanai for that too. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, a roman style tub and twin bowl vanity cabinet. This bathroom also has direct access to the pool lanai for added privacy and convenience. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other two bedrooms both have two twin beds. For the little ones, there is a high chair, stroller, and a pak/play.
The Esprit Community is especially popular with Snowbirds who love to come back to year after year to enjoy the many enviable facilities here including an 18-hole golf course, a 400 acre lake with fishing pier and boat ramp, community pool, tennis court plus a pleasant park to enjoy a picnic or BBQ at one of the tables.
This villa with its prime and pleasant location and its "home from home" feeling is a great place to come to for a week, a month or a season!
