If you are vacationing in Central Florida for the fabulous weather as well as visiting all the world famous theme parks, then this is the villa for you. The house has one of the nicest settings imaginable with the back lawn running down to the waters edge of the private lake that this community is built around.  The generous pool deck is South facing giving you uninterrupted exposure to the Florida sunshine all day long.  Then in the evening enjoy the spectacular sunsets in the Western sky while you relax in the lanai on one of the many loungers provided.

The pretty lake is also stocked with a variety of fish, so if you are feeling lucky, grab a pole from the games room and try it out.

The interior of this two-storey home features cathedral ceilings in the sitting area. The whole ground floor (except the bedroom!) is open plan with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, a nook and a formal dining area.  Lots of space to mingle or just relax on your own.  The large sitting area with double sofas will accommodate the whole family while you watch the local news or catch up on world events.

The games room is well stocked with things to do, cards, basketball or pool, just to name a few. There is even a bicycle if you want to tour the block and say "hi" to your neighbors.

The Master has a king bed and the ensuite full bathroom not only has a Roman tub, but a walk-in shower as well.  Upstairs is the Queen bedroom, plus the other two bedrooms , one with a twin and a double, the other with two twin beds.  All the bedrooms have their own TV's.

Harbor Oaks has proven to be a magnet for returning guests who appreciate not only the proximity to the shops and restaurants, but also, that it is a short drive to the theme parks and other major attractions (including the discount malls).

This home is extremely well equiped from beach towels to china, with the intent of providing you with the friendliest and most complete environment possible.  A pleasure to come home to after a hectic day or just a really nice place to hang when "no plans" are the plan.
