Want to save some cash? Who doesn’t?!! We can save you money by letting us choose your accommodation for you. This allows us to be more flexible and maximize the occupancy in our villas.

This does not mean that you will not get a great villa, you will still get one of the villas on our inventory. Nor does it mean that you will end up in a home miles away from the attractions, all of our homes are within 5 - 20 minutes from Disney.

• The offer only applies to our 3 and 4 bedroom villas with private pool.
• The offer does not apply during Peak Easter and Christmas / New year holidays.
• The offer does not include optional pool heating costs which are $25 a day if requested.
• Stays of less than one week will be charged an additional $80 cleaning fee supplement.
• You will be allocated a villa that will accommodate your party size, most of our villas are 4 bedroom and all villas have a minimum of 2 full bathrooms.
• You cannot choose specific villas or communities or features such as games room etc.
• All villas have private pools and are fully equipped.

Your villa will be allocated before arrival and directions etc. will be sent by e-mail.

Go on, why not save some money! All of our villas are in great locations. Villas will be allocated to suit our booking schedule so you could even be allocated with one of our luxury homes and saving as much as $60 a night!! Whichever villa you have, you will be saving at least a MINIMUM of 10% off our low season rates!!

To take us up on this offer simply let us know your arrival and departure dates. Number of guests in you party stating number of adults and children. We will also need your home address, phone numbers and e-mail address. A $300 deposit is required to secure a reservation and the balance would be due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
