The villa has two master suites and is perfect for two or extended families, and is laid out with the whole family in mind as the children’s bedrooms are separated by the relaxing family room so when the children call it a night the adults can still enjoy the rest of their evening.

There is a large south facing pool which gets sun all day long with a covered lanai area where you can sit in the shade and enjoy the view of the conservation area, with lake just beyond. The pool is extremely child friendly with a netted safety guard and direct access to one of the master bathrooms (ideal for little one's).

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and every utensil you will need.

We have a separate laundry area with washer and dryer, for your convenience and for all the 'big kids' we have a new games room with pool table, safe dart board and plenty of board games including poker.
