This great Florida vacation home offers all you will need to enjoy your stay with us here in the vacation capital of the world! This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Disney area vacation home is perfectly located close to major highways and the Theme parks.

The estate boasts community facilities such as its own golf course, a 400 acre lake with fishing pier and boat launching ramp, community swimming pool, and basketball and tennis courts. The villa looks out on to the golf course at the rear from the pool deck area.

The villa is nicely furnished and well maintained and comes fully equipped with all you will need to enjoy your stay including satellite TV with a great choice of channels, broadband wireless internet connection, a games room with pool table and darts, a games console for the kids. There are two living areas at this spacious home with 2 sofas in each one. The home has 4 TV's a DVD player and a VCR player. There is also a stereo with CD player. The family room and master bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full size gas stove, dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, electric can opener. Ample plates, pots and pans, silverware etc are also supplied. There is a full size washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron located in a separate utility room area.

The large master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, walk in closet and an en suite bathroom with twin sinks, large shower cubicle, toilet. and a large tub bath. This bathroom can also be accessed from the pool deck area which is a great feature as the kids don't have to run through the house "to go" while using the pool !!

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and a TV. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds and the bedding is themed for the kids. One of the sofas will also convert into a double bed so the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests at a time. For the little ones there is a high chair and a pack n play crib.

There is a further family bathroom with sink, toilet and a bath with shower. All bedrooms have ample closet and drawer space and each one has a clock radio alarm. Two hair dryers are also available at the villa.

The larger than average pool deck area is fully screened to help keep out those unwelcome flying guests and it also boasts a lanai (under cover area) with pool side table chairs and loungers. The pool has a gas fired pool heater which is much more efficient than the regular electric heaters.
